Cleanroom Double Knit 100% Polyester Wiper - Lint Free Cloths with Ultra-fine Filaments

100% Polyester is the material used for our cleanroom wipes, which are made of high-strength polyester microfiber. The cloth is laser cut with ultrasonically sealed edges and is manufactured in a class 10-100 (ISO Class 4-5) cleanroom environment. It is laundered in ultra-pure water and hermetically sealed, creating an extremely soft, non-abrasive material. The fast-drying, high-density weave increases absorption multiple times, and the high-strength, lint-free, synthetic fiber filaments resist wear and tear, keeping your cleanroom clean.

Our cleanroom wipes are suitable for a wide range of cleaning applications, including automotive and manufacturing, as well as cleanroom and laboratory settings. They can be used in SMT electronics factories to remove excess solder paste, and to clean electronic, mechanical, electrical, optical, and precision instruments. These wipes are also effective for wiping down sensitive components such as printing machines, lenses, microelectronics, and workstation surfaces.

The cleanroom wipes are 9" in length and 9" in width, and they are packaged in case packs with 21000 wipes per 14 bags.
